FALL AND WINTER PROGRAM REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
**** Some new information for the Fall Season
1. to clear up $160 volunteer deposit - $80 dollars returned to you if you work the Home Oct Meet and the remaining amount will be returned to you $20 each Fri time trial you work. This payment is for each family, not per swimmer (so less money out of your pocket)
2. Friday nights - every Friday night is an opportunity to swim. The difference this year is that we are trying to get more out of the Fridays.
Some Fridays will be a time trial. This is when other US Teams are eligible to come over to WVHS and swim against our swimmers. The swimmers can pick how much they want to swim. The amount of time for parents to work is much less. The nights we don't do a time trial, then we will have a swim practice which we will quickly start playing water polo. Our intent is to introduce water polo to more athletes with no addtional, separate charges and leave at an earlier time, assisting families to get to pool and finish earlier.
If interest is present, we may add water polo and swimming on some Saturdays with no extra fee.
3. The additional charges this season compared from last is due to the School District charging additional programming rental fees for club use.
4. I have recieved concerns of too much money at one time. For those families needing more time to complete payment, we are willing to accept a deposit with a note stating when and how much the rest of the money is going to be sent into WVA by OCT 15. If there is anymore concerns, email me.
5. 9/9 Thurs was suppose to be a regular scheduled practice, but the High School Girls Team is now hosting a meet. We will have to cancel this day for all practices. This makes Wed 9/8 our first day together and then we will not see each other until Mon 9/13. Mon 9/13 is the first regular season time practice.
6. Diving has been confirmed - 5:15 until 6:15pm Mon and Wed, all levels and abilities welcome. $145
Starts 9/13 Mon - goes for 6 weeks; any missed days will be added on to the current session. We are looking to have 3 sessions total this school year.
